    Thanks, Seren! I aim to please. (Unlike some people who never send word from China about how they are doing.) The cheese was fantastic, but I have to say my number one favorite dairy product here is qurut, which is basically the same thing as the jawbreaker candy but made out of salty dried yogurt instead of sugar.
